A ‘Secret Islay’ Single Malt. Distilled on the 29th September 2008 and aged in Refill Barrel before bottling in February 2023. Bottled at 54.7% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration. This dram showcases notes of briny peat smoke, green olives, vanilla, lemon zest, toasted peanuts and cracked black pepper.
