Nose: Open, dry, noble wood, dry boards, peat, light smoke, sweet coal notes, strange as it may sound, some dry herbs, light coniferous tones, cedar wood.
Taste: Saturated, dense, smoky-woody notes, black pepper, sweetness mixed with bitterness, as if eating caramel half-burnt to coal, light creamy notes – toffee, boiled condensed milk.
Finish: Spicy, warming, burnt cedar planks, needles, peat, creamy sweetness.
