This single cask whisky comes from Speyside distillery, Benrinnes. The spirit was distilled in 2007 and was racked for maturation in a refill hogshead for 16 years. It was bottled with no added colour, non-chill filtered and at cask strength. A single cask release limited to 234 bottles.

Tasting notes:
Strong toffee notes on the nose with hints of highland heather and red fruits. The palate is meaty, yet fruity, with a kick of pepper throughout. The finish is both gripping and tongue-tingling and the pepper note lastsl ong on the palate thereafter.
